The small print

If you would like to book a colour service, you MUST have a skin test, a minimum of 48hrs before the service.

Due to an increase of last minute cancellations and missed appointments, we are now operating a 24 hour cancellation policy.

We operate a cancellations list, so if you do need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do this a minimum of 24 hours, so we can allocate the appointment to another salon guest. If not this may result in us having to take a deposit if its a reoccurring problem.
